Let's prepare the perfect matcha
Dosage
Use a scale to measure 1.5g of matcha powder into a bowl. If you don’t have a scale, this is roughly equivalent to half a teaspoon. To avoid clumps, sift the matcha into your bowl before adding water. This helps achieve a smoother texture and enhances your matcha experience.
Whisk
Add 60 ml of water at 80°C to the matcha. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion to mix thoroughly. Gradually slow down to create a frothy, smooth texture on the surface. Enjoy your perfectly prepared matcha!
Pour and sip!
Select your favorite plant-based milk, such as soy, coconut, oat, or cashew milk. Pour the prepared matcha into a glass or cup filled with your chosen milk. You can enjoy it with cold milk and ice cubes or warm milk, depending on your preference. Savor and enjoy!
