Discover the benefits of ceremonial grade matcha

Ceremonial-grade matcha is renowned for its superior quality and numerous health benefits. Carefully cultivated in Japan, this powdered green tea offers a unique tasting experience while supporting your well-being.

Prepare the perfect matcha

1/Dosage

Use a scale to measure 1.5 g of matcha into a bowl. If you don’t have a scale, this is approximately half a teaspoon.

Sift the matcha: To avoid lumps, you can sift the matcha into your bowl. This helps achieve a smoother texture.

2/ Whisk

 

Add 60 ml of water at 80°C to the matcha. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion to mix well. Gradually slow down to create a frothy texture.

3/ Pour

Choose your favorite plant-based milk, such as soy, coconut, oat, or cashew milk. Personally, we prefer coconut milk for its creamy taste. Pour the mixture into a glass or cup filled with plant-based milk. You can use cold milk with ice cubes or hot milk, depending on your preference. Enjoy!
